Payment options

KLEN currently offers online payment through Razorpay and Cash on Delivery where available. Additional active methods may appear depending on the order. The methods displayed during checkout are the payment options available for that purchase.

Complete payment only through the checkout on klen.in or the payment-provider page opened from that checkout. Never share your OTP, card PIN, CVV or UPI PIN with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent KLEN.

Returns and refunds

Items that arrive damaged, defective or not working are replaced or refunded when you tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos or a short video of the item and its packaging. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Refunds are made within 7 business days of approval: prepaid orders to the original payment method, cash-on-delivery orders by bank transfer.

Order cancellation

Contact KLEN as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellation may not be possible after an order has been processed or dispatched.
