Dispatch and tracking
Orders are prepared for dispatch after order confirmation. The shipping option, delivery estimate and any applicable shipping charge for your address are shown in the cart or checkout before you place the order. When tracking is available, it will be shared through the contact details supplied with the order.
Shipping charges, including free-shipping eligibility, are determined by the option displayed at checkout. Separate orders may be processed and shipped separately.
Products are packed with care. If a package arrives visibly damaged or an item is missing or incorrect, please keep the packaging and contact KLEN promptly with your order reference and supporting images.
